What was the highlight of The Florence Hills Resort & Wellness
This is a lovely spot to stop and rejuvenate. The resort seems half done with no restaurant and pool use.
Nicely renovated rooms. Beds comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Good communication with staff.
Definitely need a car to stay here. Resort restaurant, spa and pool closed was disappointing.

Clean, modern, big apartment, beautiful views, great pool and super friendly staff, delicious breakf
Amazing location, huge apartment, super modern. VERY clean. Beautiful views and great pool and kid pool. Also a playground right next to it for my daughter. Free parking at playground. The breakfast was amazing the staff is so friendly and helpful. they went above and beyond in service. They were so sweet to my daugther. Everything exceeded our expectations and it was. the perfect place to spend time in the hills of florence.

What was the highlight of The Florence Hills Resort & Wellness
I definitely want this to be in my search for the next stay after applying the filters.
The breakfast had very good quality. The staff was very nice to us. There's a small playground for children right outside, it was very nice. The parking is available around for free, which was very convenient. The Internet quality was good.
The rooms are not the same, even though the have the same type. There were 2 rooms available of the type I chose for my booking, one with the aircon on the ground floor, but a bad kitchen, another without aircon downstairs but with a nicer kitchen. I would like to have had both. The water in the swimming pool did not have a great quality, it was not transparent at all. When you don't have an aircon downstairs, you have to open the doors to the garden and the main one to have a comfortable temperature inside. It was not always nice. The sunbeds in the garden are really old and rusty. But all that explains why the price is lower than that of the surroundings.
